The first step of our process was analysing our client's actually video creation process. From researching competitor's viral videos, to the type of backgrounds, subtitles, voiceovers, etc...

Once we understood the process, we mapped it out, then got to work analysing which parts could be automated, and we divided this mission into three steps.

Step 1: Content Research

The first thing our client did, was looking at his competition, endlessly scrolling tiktok to see what works. This was the very first part of the process we set on to automate. We built a dashboard for our client to input a keyword, region, and posted date, then we would use the official TikTok API to give our clients all the information on the most viral videos (Sounds, Posted Date, Comments, Caption, Everything he needed).

Step 2: Automating the Video Creation
As you might have guessed, step 2 is a bit more complex. We first looked at all the technology available and needed to achieve this.
We used the TikTok Database of viral video we created as a staring point where the client could select the videos he liked, which would then be sent to be re-created. We used Open AI Whisper for Audio Transcription, 11Labs for new voiceovers, a custom-built GPT4 assistant to re-write the script, and 7 other applications for data storage and automated video editing. All-in-all it took us about 7 days to get the first version completely up and running.

Step 3: Refining, and Improving
Once the automation basically built, we delivered it to our client, and worked hand-in-hand with him and his team to refine the automation to their needs. From fine-tuning the GPT-4 assistant to create better scripts and more viral videos, to refining the voice-overs and a few more tweaks. This process took another week, but allowed them to have a fully operational and optimised automated VIRAL video maker.

The results:
Our client now has deployed our automation to 5 different tiktok accounts. His team of only 2 persons is able to create and post 6 viral video per account (a staggering total of 30 videos PER DAY) with a team of only 2 people! In total this client brings in more than 42 million views per month, for a total running cost of less than 500$ per month using the automations.
